The 46,000 SF Arroyo Vista Elementary School includes 28 classrooms, a full service kitchen, a multi-purpose building, and administration offices. The campus scope of work included landscape irrigation that enabled the utilization of reclaimed water. From 7-acres of undeveloped land to full-site development and construction, this project was complete in under two years.
