Scope Of Work
Located at the center of the University’s 1,300 acre campus off Andrews Memorial Drive, Grace Watson Hall is the largest dining hall at RIT and serves thousands of students daily. Taylor and Empire Commercial Construction completed this 12,000 square-foot renovation to the Grace Watson Kitchen & Servery a.k.a “Gracie’s,” featuring a large commercial kitchen, adjacent serving stations, new finishes, lighting and glass stanchions. The modern layout captures additional staging areas for deliveries and carts, while improving efficiency and sight lines throughout.
