Scope Of Work
This was a design-build project with a 6-month duration. GenPak is a 300,000-sf stand-alone facility that serves as a container and packaging company for the food service industry. Our scope of work included:
4,200 sqft office build out
4,000-amp Electrical Service
T5 fluorescent lighting with motion sensor control
Site Lighting System, electrical and communications utility conduit system
Installation of 6 “rack” style unit heaters
Installation of 10 roof mounted exhaust fans
43 dock locations with electric dock restraints and task lighting
Fire Protection Monitoring with auto dialer
