This was a design-build project with a 4-month duration for Arvato, an International Innovative Solutions Client with over 70,000 employees. Our scope of work included:
600,000 sf tenant improvement construction
22,000 sf office improvement construction
4,100-amp distribution
Installation of all network and power drops
Installation of 6 IDF cabinets, 2-2 post racks, 3 server cabinets
Fiber distribution of Cat 6A to Horizontal Work Stations
