This was a design-build, tenant improvement project of a 300,000-sf entertainment media customer-distribution center for Alliance Entertainment Corporation. The scope of work included:
3,000-amp electrical service
Site lighting, electrical & communications utility conduit system
T5 fluorescent lighting with motion sensor control
Fire alarm system
Power wiring to 50 battery chargers
20 dock locations with electric dock levelers, dock restraints, and task lights
Power and control wiring to conveyor system
5,000-sf office improvement
Data center pre-action fire alarm system
