Scope Of Work
Multi-purpose tenant building. The project consisted of an existing building on 2 acres of property. The building was remediated as well as demolished by Excell. Excell hired and managed the architects and engineers as well as coordinated all of our efforts with the Town of Middletown. The building is over 17,000 sq ft and consisted of 3 commercial tenants and 4 apartments. Currently, the building is 100% occupied. The city of Middletown has stated on numerous occasions that the complex has brought new energy to a once run-down area.
