Scope Of Work
Design/build a Citizens Bank. Work consisted of demolition of the existing buildings as well as asbestos removal. Hiring Engineers, architects as well as working with the Town of North Haven. Construct and fit-out of the new building - roughly 2,500 square feet. The building was recently sold for $2.5 million.
