Scope Of Work
The redevelopment of Farnam Courts included replacement of 270 unit downtown public housing facility with new off site and on site mixed income residence. The placement housing program consists of multiple phases. Farnam Courts Phase 1 includes 90 units in 2 mid-rise new construction building, replacement public housing with ground floor retail. New construction included 24 one-bedroom apartments, 51 two-bedroom apartments and 8 three-bedroom apartments, and 3 four-bedroom apartments. There is an additional 5,900 square feet of retail space on the lower floors. Site work includes Hardi Plank siding, masonry and stone veneer, new asphalt paving, landscaping and new utilities.
