The Promenade Shopping Center is a 36,000 SF retail center located along Mayfair Road (STH 100) in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. The Promenade is located at the southwest corner of Mayfair Road and W. Potter Road 1/2 mile from Interstate 94.
Annual Average Daily Traffic counts of 37,000-39,000 cars per day have been recorded by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation in each direction.
