Menotti handled pre-task planning for all construction trades as they moved onto the site. Our team participated in all weekly meetings to identify upcoming tasks and pinpoint specific hazards. Menotti also laid out site safety requirements, whether it be in accordance with the New York City Department of Building or OSHA. Our workers had major roles in all hazardous tasks, including tower crane installation, crane lifting task planning, etc.

Menotti Enterprise served as the primary liaison with the area’s BEST Squad inspectors, along with the owner, contractors, construction managers, and subcontractors. As a firm that emphasizes safety, we made it a priority to see that everyone who entered the site had the proper and required credentials. This is why we put such an importance on our initial project orientation presentation.

Just because this was a four-month project doesn’t mean we took safety measures lightly. The Menotti team put together an extensive site safety plan and offered engineered drawings. From start to finish, we protected the public, workers, and nearby properties.
