Scope Of Work
The project included poured-in-place concrete and a tower crane. Since the project took two and a half years to complete, pre-task planning was essential. The Menotti team also participated in weekly meetings to identify upcoming tasks and hazards. We laid out safety requirements right from the beginning, whether they were associated with OSHA or the NYC Department of Building.
Our workers played a role in all major hazardous tasks such as tower crane installation, crane lifting task planning, and fire safety-related work. On top of that, Menotti provided OSHA training for interested subcontractors.
Here at Menotti Enterprise, we are all about developing uncompromised safety solutions. In this project (and each of these referenced projects for that matter), we relied heavily on a sound site safety plan and engineered drawings to protect all persons and properties during construction.
