Scope Of Work
This project involved a curtain-wall with steel/metal decking and concrete. Not only did we identify upcoming tasks and hazards, but we laid out the Department of Building and OSHA requirements. Menotti participated in major hazardous tasks such as tower crane installation, crane lifting task planning, and fire safety-related work.
Menotti went over an initial project orientation presentation for all trades starting day one to ensure that everyone who entered the site had the proper credentials. As is the goal with every project, our team reduced risk and liability for all parties. The combination of our experience and a well-constructed site safety plan helped protect the public, workers, and adjacent properties during each phase of construction.
