Scope Of Work
Featured in New England Home Magazine, we fully renovated this seaside escape, adding a new guesthouse and custom porch to wrap around the pre-existing Cape Cod summer home. Total seamlessness from inside to outside was elicited by incorporating the pool into an all-seasons living room, constructing a lush courtyard within the newly built features, and including a custom outdoor chef’s kitchen and grilling oasis to the exterior area.
