Abundant windows and contemporary architecture work together to merge comfortable living with the tranquility of observing nature in this newly constructed residence. Walnut shelving and cabinetry perfectly complement the home’s granite flooring and countertops, while custom white oak beds were built for both bedrooms. A beautiful center fireplace made up of solid boardform concrete is highlighted by custom red tile and outlined by a blackened steel frame. Positioned on a slope, the guesthouse is elevated just enough to offer breathtaking views of Nantucket Sound and the Vineyard.
