Scope Of Work
TCRG is a commercial real estate investment company that contracted with MetroTech on a new construction project of a 33,000 sq ft, multi-tenant, medical office building to create a backbone cabling network and security system. These systems included 3 elevator phone lines, 1 HVAC Cat6 network cable, 15 data drops, 8 IP cameras, 3 card readers wired to ADA-compliant entry doors, over 2,000ft of structured cabling, and a complete telecom room buildout. Metro TechSolutions technicians worked with multiple trades during new construction to complete the entire on time and on budget. TCRG continues to contract with Metro TechSolutions because of the quality and punctuality of its expert technicians.
