Scope Of Work
Avalon Exploration & Production LLC is an oil and gas exploration and production company in Andrews, TX. Avalon contracted MetroTech to retrofit a legacy security system with modern head-end equipment. The project consisted of 9 IP Bridge devices as retrofit head-end equipment for door readers, a 16TB server acting as NVR, and a new video management software. The project required a minimal trip charge to Andrews, TX on two separate trips due to the distance from MetroTech’s main office. Metro TechSolutions' technicians worked closely with Avalon's IT management team to migrate an internet-connected network to a Avalon's pipe yard located ten miles west of the main office in order to connect the new access control head-end equipment and connect the IP cameras back to the server at the main office. Avalon has continued to request service from the expert technicians at Metro TechSolutions.
