Scope Of Work
The revitalization of the boardwalk and State Pier involved adding an LED fountain with mosaic tiles and giant sail sculptures, precast benches, custom granite pavers with a map of the Iowa Great Lakes engraved, granite donor pavers, incredible landscaping throughout the location, and an LED railing.
The boardwalk & promenade involved installing a Kebony wood boardwalk, several stations of bike racks, a fire pit feature and several areas of patio seating.
