Scope Of Work
Integrated lab and automated HVAC systems controls combined with occupancy sensor and time-of-day lighting maximize energy conservation and occupant comfort while achieving a LEED® Silver-equivalent rating for the James M. Rosser Hall.
The James M. Rosser Hall was constructed through a collaborative design-build delivery method, Bernards worked with the architect and engineers to produce a BIM model that enhanced systems coordination. Pre-ordering all steel accelerated the steel erection by two months. Carefully orchestrated site logistics and staging plans, combined with stringent safety measures ensured pedestrian safety in the completed and operational La Kretz Hall in the heart of the active campus.
