Scope Of Work
This tenant improvement project involved a complete remodel of the existing store. Swarovski is a luxury retailer known for its high-quality crystal product collections including jewelry, accessories and other decorative items. The store was closed during construction while the entire 907 SF lease space was updated. Our scope of work included interior demolition and interior finish-out. Demolition included removal of existing storefront, removal of existing flooring and wall base in sales area, saw cut concrete to accommodate electrical for new sales displays. All demo work was conducted after mall operating hours. The finish-out included finish carpentry/fix install, roofing, doors frames & hardware, windows/glass/glazing, new storefront, drywall/framing/acoustical, ceramic/stone flooring, painting & wallcovering, fire sprinklers, plumbing, mechanical/HVAC, air balance, electrical, and fire alarm. Existing back of house finishes remained, but were patched & paint as needed.
Since the store was closed for construction, on time project completion was essential for the client to resume retail operations and generate revenue again. In addition, the store’s corner location in the heart of the mall meant that attention to detail in every aspect of the store’s construction was crucial due to its high visibility and Swarovski’s luxury appeal.
