Scope Of Work
The project, located in The Domain’s final phase (“The Domain Northside”), involved an interior build-out of newly constructed grey space to accommodate a new store nearly 5,500 SF in size. The new store features a beauty studio offering one-on-one sessions with experts, classes and custom makeovers. Sephora offers products from more than 200 widely recognized brands, including NARS, Kat Von D Beauty and Marc Jacobs.
The construction phase included a new storefront, non-bearing interior partition walls, new floor finishes, new paint, new casework and furniture, structural work, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. To accomplish this, our specific scope of work included concrete, stonework, miscellaneous steel, composite panels, finish carpentry / fix install, millwork, waterproofing & caulking, roofing, doors frames & hardware, windows/glass/glazing, drywall/framing/acoustical, ceramic/stone flooring, resilient flooring/base, carpeting, painting, fire sprinklers, plumbing, mechanical/HVAC, electrical, air balance, low voltage, and fire alarm.
The project was completed in approximately 16 weeks and the store was held its grand opening on September 30, 2016.
