Scope Of Work
This project involved an open remodel of an existing three-level store at Stanford Shopping Center. Approximately 90,000 SF of the existing 120,000 SF space was included in the remodel. The entire 16-month project was completed in 10 phases and was finished in December 2015, approximately one month ahead of schedule. Our work also included an in-store NM Café as well as various vendor shops including Jo Malone, Yves Saint Laurent Beauty, Armani Cosmetics, Fresh, CREED, Hermès Cosmetics, Loro Piana, Brunello Cucinelli, Ermenegildo Zenga Men’s Clothing, Tom Ford Men’s, Céline Leather Goods, La Mer Beauty, Chanel (accessories, ready to wear, watches), David Yuman, BVlgari, Bottega handbags, Gucci handbags, Chopard, and Kiehl’s. We provided an on-site Project Manager and Project Superintendent, both of whom were solely dedicated to the project full time.
The NM Café, located on the third level, was remodeled to create an open and modern dining area with table seating for 82 guests and an expanded bar with counter seating for nine customers. General scope of work in the Café included selective demolition, acoustical ceiling, carpentry, drywall, ceramic tile, carpet, wallcovering, painting, food service equipment, plumbing, and electrical. The Café was completed in two phases by dividing the space in half to allow one side to remain open while the other side was being renovated. The entire Café (2,575 SF) was completed in 11 weeks.
