Improvements included a new storefront system, new interior walls, new flooring, new wall finishes, new drywall and acoustical ceilings, new light fixtures throughout, new fitting rooms, new display fixtures, and new toilet rooms. Our scope of work included finish carpentry/fix install, millwork, roofing, rollup doors & grills, doors frames & hardware, windows/glass/glazing, drywall/framing, acoustical, ceramic/stone flooring, resilient flooring/base, painting, lockers, refrigerator, microwave, fire sprinklers, mechanical/HVAC, electrical, plumbing, minor structural (storefront), air balance, and fire alarm. The store features two main entrances: one exterior with direct access from the parking lot, and one within the main mall corridor. The 10-week project was completed in time for the grand opening celebration which was held on September 8, 2016.
This is the third new store we have completed in Fort Worth, all of which are just a short distance from our corporate headquarters. We previously completed one at Ridgmar Mall and another at Sundance Square.
