Scope Of Work
We have completed full remodel & expansion of an existing Helzberg Diamonds jewelry store. With the expanded area, the project resulted in a 1,889 SF store with a three-sided storefront, each with a customer entrance from the main concourse. Work at the storefront included demolition and construction; installation of new tile, solid surface panels (some of which were pre-fabricated while other selected panels were field cut), cabinet signage, ACM portals, and new sliding and rolling gates; as well as some structural work. We were also responsible for some modifications to landlord property including the HVAC supply relocation and demolition / infill of decorative window elements. Work in the store interior included new interior partitions, wall and floor finishes, new jewelry showcases, and new mechanical system (RTU and “mini-split).
Our scope of work included interior demolition, finish carpentry, fixture installation, roofing, rollup doors & grills, doors frames & hardware, windows/glass/glazing, drywall/framing/acoustical, ceramic/stone flooring, carpeting, painting & wallcovering, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, air balance, electrical, and fire alarm.
The 11-week project was completed in May 2017.
