Scope Of Work
The project involved renovation of an existing 800 SF tenant space to accommodate a new Alex and Ani jewelry store. Our scope of work included finish carpentry, roofing, doors frames & hardware, windows/glass/glazing, drywall/framing/acoustical, ceramic/stone flooring, resilient flooring/base, painting, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, air balance, electrical, and fire alarm. This tenant finish-out project was completed in eight weeks and the new store officially opened in August 2016.
