Scope Of Work
Sunnyside Apartments is a newly constructed 4-story, 63-unit apartment building in Southeast Portland. Caliber was involved early on in creating a more efficient design approach for the existing plumbing. Caliber designed an underground plumbing system that was not only more efficient, but also cost effective. The remainder of the project was completed with quality and exceeded the general contractor’s standards.
