Scope Of Work

Five Oaks Middle School is undergoing an extensive renovation and expansion as part of the 2014 Beaverton School District bond. The remodel is being conducted in phases. The first phase began in the summer of 2017. The renovation improves classroom layout while increasing natural light. It also includes new science labs and support areas, a remodeled library, improved restrooms, and expansion of teaching areas. Administration areas are being relocated to provide a more secure front entrance. New access controls will be added throughout the building. Caliber is heavily involved in all phases of this extensive project.
