Scope Of Work
Being constructed directly across from the University of Notre Dame, this new full-service hotel offers visitor meeting space, a fitness center andadditional rooftop terrace amenities. As the final build-out of the expansive Eddy Street Commons mixed-use area, Embassy Suites is located in a confined, urban environment surrounded by alleys andstreets on all sides. Opening July of 2018, Embassy Suites brings much-needed lodging options to a growing area.
Calhoun Construction served as a Trade Contractor self-performing metal stud and drywall assistance to the Construction Manager.
