Scope Of Work
Foyer and coffee bar remodel. Complete demolition of all floor tile, cabinetry, and wall coverings. Electrical we had to move, plumbing that we had to move and rough in, we also had to apply new wall coverings, retrofit the existing crown molding to match the existing. Installed new cabinetry as spec by designer, installed tile backsplash and herringbone pattern floor tile. This remodel also had lots of carpet tile to remove and replace, along with new vinyl cove base. All work was done in the evening and on the weekend to keep down time to a min. for this title company owned by the F. C. Tucker Company.
