Scope Of Work
A remodeling contract for the installation of new granite countertops in 234 apartment units for "Steeplechase at Malta" in Malta, New York. We provided granite countertops with no seams with granite at ten feet in length including in an L shape configuration so that the residents would enjoy a beautiful new countertop. The kitchens were on the second floor and with such large granite pieces, we were still able to install by carefully navigating the stairs leading up to the second floor as well as the hallways to transport the granite.
This is one of the largest projects we've undertaken outside the Boston area and will result in substantial revenue for not only us but also our local granite supplier.
