Scope Of Work
Tenant improvement for existing office space of 3000 square feet. Core build out included a new conference room and opening space to give a clear line of sight from one end of the room to the other. We demoed five offices, reception area and a wall leading down the stairs. Improvements involved the install of interior sidelight windows throughout and the installation of framing, drywall & finishing. Extended existing grid system & added new ceiling panel throughout.
