Scope Of Work

Wine & Design Studio, located in Tremont, was artfully transformed from a Five & Dime into a Design Studio. An overhaul to the building including brick restoration, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, landscape design, and matching historic paint for both interior and exterior surface gave this workspace an edge. The reuse of the original historic architectural elements combined with a transitional design twist has made this building a notable landmark within the community.
