Scope Of Work
Part of the Nicolson Homestead, this 1889 home features a 2000 square foot garage addition to mirror the existing frame of the house. Masonry, plumbing, roofing, and cement work will complete the addition. The material from the demolition of the existing 600 square foot detached garage was recycled. The homeowner whose skill is in woodworking will be completing the garage carpentry.
