Scope Of Work

Built in 1839, The Nicholson House is regarded as one of the most authentic examples of New England architecture in Northern Ohio and is now the oldest surviving wooden structure in the City of Lakewood. Scalish Construction is honored to collaborate with the City of Lakewood and the Lakewood Historical Society on the complete exterior restoration. The restoration includes exterior paint, insulation and original wood siding.
