Scope Of Work
Ginko Sushi is located the basement of the former old Third Federal building that was renovated into Dante’s Restaurant and is the second phase in this location’s culinary evolution from restaurateur Dante Boccuzzi. The challenge for us in this site was to take a small dark space and create an inviting atmosphere with seating that is comfortable, maximizes the space and maintains an intimate fun setting. The finished work features a beautiful glass mosaic interior wall from famed Cleveland artist GianCarlo Callichia. The design and use of space is as creative and consistent with the Japanese culture as the food this amazing restaurant serves its patrons.
