Scope Of Work

Built in the 1800’s bordering the Lake Erie shoreline, this original farmhouse has been reinvented from floor to ceiling. A two-story addition was built to accommodate a media room on the first floor including surround sound and a craftsman style fireplace. On the second floor a luxurious master bathroom was added complete with a walk-in closet. New insulation, HVAC units, updated electrical and plumbing will save on energy costs and propel this 19th century farmhouse into the 21st century.
