Scope Of Work

Curaleaf is a fast-growing corporation with dispensaries and cultivation facilities throughout the United States.  A massive 123,000 square foot renovation is underway by Columbus Construction as the General Contractor.  The facility is the largest of its type in NJ and will house (15) cultivation/grow rooms with state-of-the-art HVAC design, along with 50,000 SF of two-story office and laboratory spaces.  There will be (21) 10-ton Energy Recovery Units with miles of HVAC piping traversing the perimeter of the building – making it the largest Curaleaf Cultivation facility on the East Coast.  The facility will house thousands of grow tables for crop plantation and cultivation.  The entire facility will be equipped with hi-tech controls, gadgets, and surveillance – all happening in a span of 5-6 months.  Columbus’ committed and dedicated team, along with a line of quality subcontractors, are working around the clock, to ensure the project is completed on time and on budget.  Stay tuned for more updates!
