Scope Of Work
Talents team competed all the sitework, both building shells, 70% of the tenant improvements, to date and the Black Rock Coffee Bar located on the same lot. Tenants include: Pacific House, Gyro Shack, Peace Health, Rebound, Pure Barre, Glam Bar and Sherwin Williams. The Union Station buildings are an award-winning project published in the Vancouver Business Journal
