Scope Of Work
Bishop Hall was originally constructed in 1932. Phase One of the Bishop Hall project made repairs to the building’s underground piping, stabilizing the structure, repair/repointing of the exterior masonry, repair/replacement of roof, replacement of all windows, demolition of the building interior, demolition and reconstruction of the southern wing. There was a focus on the historical elements to resemble the original building character. Phase Two moved to the interior of the building, and included a build-out to include a multi-function banquet and conference center. The interior build out of the 1989 Addition will house the campus Radio and TV Departments production facilities and classrooms.
