Scope Of Work
Goal – Support McDonald’s in their Experience of the Future initiative which is updating all restaurants by 2020.
Scope of Work – Icon to complete full gut remodel of front counter and dining areas, play place, and restrooms complete with ADA compliant upgrades in a three-week time frame. Work includes installation of electrical and fixtures, plumbing, drywall, paint and wall coverings, flooring, and seating assembly and install.
Results – Icon has been successfully completing the remodels since 2017 throughout IL, MI, IN, KY, TN, WI, and TX. Each site has a dedicated superintendent overseeing the field crews ensuring each restaurant is executed per plan and timeline.
