Scope Of Work
After completing four previous bond totaling more than $175 million in new , additions renovations, Granger was selected again in 2014 to plan implement district’s next major Improvements Program. We worked closely with SLCS Administrative their Citizens Committee to develop the bond campaign strategy, coordinate the Citizens Committee’s efforts help pass $64.5 million Bond May 2015.
During summer 2016, Granger additions renovations to all 13 buildings throughout district while also constructing a new 72,500 s.f. elementary school.
Some improvements to existing facilities include:
Expansion early childhood center with a four-classroom addition
Improved air quality, roof repairs, new AC systems, lights ceilings in several elementary buildings
New kitchen freezers newly remodeled cafeteria at Bartlett Elementary
Additional special education classrooms at Centennial Middle School
New entrance, replacement synthetic turf field, resurfacing running track upgrades to fieldhouse ticket booth at South Lyon High School
new elementary school will provide classrooms divided into three wings, a gym, media center music, art resource rooms.
