Granger was selected for replacement Emergency Department including separate entrances for adult pediatric patients visitors, sized for 100,000 visits per year. new emergency was constructed adjacent to main entrance to hospital which incorporates old main entrance into new emergency department, never restricting access to patients, or visitors.
efforts also involved a new 10,000 SF main lobby including a drop-off canopy, which radically changed facade campus.
included renovation original Emergency Department into a 12 bed Clinical Decision Unit.
As Level I Trauma Center for region, these upgrades significantly increased the quality care for residents.
Granger delivered all three Phases ahead as well as delivering this GMP under budget, returning $160,000 to Hurley Medical Center.
