Scope Of Work
September 1995, Granger a major demolition renovation for Ferris State University West Campus Housing. Granger's was tasked with demolishing existing family housing units located on all new housing units within two years.
One major challenge this was that they needed to keep at least 200 units available for occupancy at all times. Granger met this challenge by establishing a three-phase sequence that was strictly enforced followed by all . Granger also communicated instructions to users occupants to ensure their at all times. This allowed to build new facilities safely before removing old units.
new housing units included 200 one, two three-bedroom townhouses with:
Poured basement walls
Individual entries
Rear decks
Vinyl siding
