Scope Of Work
Granger was selected to help district successfully pass an $11.6 million bond August 2016 to fund improvements to school buildings, with primary focus on improving traffic flow, student learning, security. Granger was selected to help district successfully pass an $11.6 million bond August 2016 to fund improvements to school buildings, with primary focus on improving traffic flow, student learning, security.
Granger is currently as for Phase 1 , which includes a new design school offices to create secure vestibules at all buildings, including a new entrance vestibule addition at high school/middle school to be by end 2017.
Other updates renovations include:
Lower Elementary
Move parent drop-off to a parking located east using current parking west for bus drop-off.
Move playground north of its current which will include a fenced-in with a basketball court.
Upper Elementary
Create a secure vestibule with a glass wall dividing entrance/exit to ensure that all visitors pass through main .
High School/Middle School
Construct a combined space with meeting rooms a new reception .
Redesign music rooms storage space.
Construct a new room a new storage near football stadium for track football equipment storage.
Create an additional drive off M-66 for a new entrance/exit north of campus.
Upgrades to bus garage .
