Scope Of Work
The mangers of the Covington on Cherry Creek Apartments contacted our office needing a solar control solution for their clubhouse. The clubhouse was situated in an area that lacked shade and received a generous amount of sunlight throughout the day, causing the building to become hot and uncomfortable for tenants. We installed a heat reduction window film for the clubhouse that blocked out infrared heat, reduced glare, and protected the interior from uv damage.
