Scope Of Work
Of many remodel projects performed for RFS & Darden Restaurants, the one that really improved our portfolio was the Yard House heat lamp upgrade. Garcia Circuit and Power was able to financially perform and manage two road crews going coast to coast with fly ins by owner to inspect random sites and still complete a 50,000 sqft remodel with other lease space finish outs simultaneously. For a company nearing it's third year at the time, we were thankful for all the trust and faith of our General contractors for the challenges!
