Scope Of Work
Rowland Construction broke ground on Memorial Self-Storage, located in the Energy Corridor in Houston, Texas, in October of 2019. This 3-story, 120,000 square foot facility will have 782 units and offer state of the art storage solutions. An R-Tank underground stormwater storage system will be utilized at the facility. The 29,806 cubic foot detention system is manufactured with recycled polypropylene. It is being installed under the storage facilities’ parking area in order to maximize the lot size while still complying with new stormwater detention regulations. This property was designed by award winning architectural firm of Edgecomb and Associates.
