Scope Of Work
Rowland Construction is proud to have built the Springwoods ~ Exxon Campus location, which is the 6th Amazing Spaces property. This new facility is located near the new Exxon Campus, just south of The Woodlands on Holzwarth Road. The four-story building with approximately 116,000 square feet opened in the Spring of 2018. Also, located on the property is two one-story buildings with approximately 7,600 square feet of storage. The facility offers upscale amenities and secure storage solutions. It features a beautiful reception area complete with a fireplace, a business center for tenants, wine storage, a retail center, monitored security alarms on every unit, computerized limited access gate system, individually ventilated air conditioned units, digital security cameras, covered drive-thru unloading/loading zones and model storage display unit in the office reception area.
