Scope Of Work
Goal – Icon to manage and act as GC for new retail spaces throughout the Midwest.
Scope of Work – Full gut and remodel of interior spaces, as well as manufacturing for interior and exterior signage. Remodel included electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, flooring and fixture assembly and install.
Results – Icon mobilized a superintendent and a two-man team of carpenters to execute the work at each store. Icon successfully completed 70 stores within the two-week timeframe.
