Project: Damage to a highrise letterset created the need for BMO to inspect every sign installed over 3 stories above grade.
Scope: Icon Engineers created inspection instructions based on a number of highrise sign project completed previously. Inspection guidelines and checklists were sent to only qualified highrise sign installation specialists who would inspect the sign, mounting points and structure to ensure integrity. Each insection required a completed checklist which was sent to BMO and JLL for future reference and inspections.
