Scope Of Work
At the time of construction, San Luis Rey Crossing was the largest retail project for Watkins Landmark Construction. In just eight months, we transformed the retail landscape in Oceanside to include a modern shopping center anchored by the grocery store chain Fresh & Easy. The scope of this project also included significant road and trafffic signal improvements. San Luis Rey Crossing was expedited in order to meet contract deliverables that allowed tenants to move in as soon as possible.
